Chicken Pie - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    6 chicken breast halves or 1 whole chicken
    garlic salt
    onion salt
    celery salt
    salt and pepper
    1 (16 oz.) pkg. frozen mixed vegetables
    2 cans cream of chicken soup
    2 (4 oz.) cans sliced mushrooms (optional)
    1 c. low-fat sour cream
    2 stacks Ritz crackers, crumbled
    1 to 1 1/2 sticks oleo, melted
Preparation
    Boil chicken with garlic, onion and celery salts, salt and pepper until tender.
    Debone chicken and cut in bite size pieces. Spread evenly on bottom of greased 9 x 13-inch pan.
