Sausage Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. hot sausage
    2/3 c. chopped onion
    2/3 c. chopped green pepper
    2/3 c. chopped celery
    1 c. uncooked rice
    2 cans cream of chicken soup
    2 cans water
Preparation
    Place browned and drained sausage in bottom of casserole dish. Add chopped vegetables.
    Mix rice, soup and water; pour over top. Cover with foil.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 45 minutes.
    Serves 6 to 8 people.
