Vegetable Chili(Low-Fat "Spa" Recipe) - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 c. chopped onions
    1 (14 1/2 oz.) can chicken broth
    2 tsp. minced garlic
    2 Tbsp. chili powder or less
    1 tsp. cumin
    1/4 tsp. oregano
    1 lb. carrots
    1 lb. potatoes
    1 (28 oz.) can tomatoes
    2 (15 or 19 oz. each) cans kidney, garbanzo or black beans, drained and rinsed
    1/4 c. chopped fresh cilantro (optional)
    8 oz. plain nonfat or vanilla yogurt
Preparation
    Combine onions and 1/4 cup broth in Dutch oven.
    Cook over medium heat until onion is wilted, 5 minutes.
    Stir in garlic, chili powder, cumin and oregano.
    Cook 1 more minute.
