Cabbage Soup - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. hamburg
    4 to 5 cloves garlic
    3 to 4 beef bouillon cubes
    1 tsp. pepper
    2 to 3 stalks celery
    1 to 2 qt. tomatoes
    1 can kidney beans
    1/2 head cabbage
Preparation
    Chop celery and cabbage.
    Brown hamburg.
    Add celery, garlic and tomatoes.
    One or 2 quarts of tomatoes can be used, but add equal amounts of water.
    Dissolve bouillon cubes in mixture; add kidney beans, with juice.
    Season with pepper; add cabbage.
    Simmer for 2 to 3 hours.
