Chicken Rose - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 c. Rose wine
    1/2 c. soy sauce
    1/2 c. oil
    1 tsp. oregano, dried
    1 1/2 tsp. ginger
    2 Tbsp. dark brown sugar
    5 cloves garlic, crushed
Preparation
    \"Need chicken for 4 to 6 people.\"
    Mix together.
    Place chicken in casserole dish; pour mixture over.
    Cover and cook for 1 1/2 hours at 375\u00b0.
    Serve with wild and long grain rice.
