Zucchini Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 c. thinly sliced zucchini
    1 c. Bisquick
    1/2 c. chopped onion
    1/2 c. chopped celery
    1/2 c. chopped green pepper
    3/4 c. Parmesan
    2 Tbsp. fresh parsley
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1/2 tsp. oregano
    1/2 c. oil
    4 eggs, beaten
Preparation
    Mix all ingredients together (hands work best).
    Put in 8 x 8-inch greased pan.
    Bake 30 to 35 minutes at 350\u00b0, covered. Uncover and brown.
