Scalloped Potatoes - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 tsp. margarine
    1 small onion, sliced
    1 (10 3/4 oz.) can broccoli cheese soup
    1/3 c. milk
    1 tsp. pepper
    4 cooked and sliced red potatoes in skins
Preparation
    In skillet, melt margarine and cook onion until tender.
    Stir in soup, milk and pepper.
    Heat to boiling.
    Add potatoes.
    Lower heat and stir mixture to coat potatoes well.
