Pineapple Carrot Bread - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 eggs
    2 c. white sugar
    1 c. Crisco oil
    2 c. grated carrots
    1 c. crushed pineapple, drained
    3 c. flour
    1 c. chopped nuts
    1 tsp. salt
    1 1/2 tsp. cinnamon
    1/4 tsp. nutmeg
    1 tsp. vanilla
    1 tsp. soda
Preparation
    Cream the eggs, sugar and oil.
    Add soda, salt, nutmeg and cinnamon. Add carrots, pineapple, vanilla and flour.
    Pour into greased pans and bake at 325\u00b0 to 350\u00b0 for 1 hour or until toothpick comes out clean.
