Orange Cream Cheese Frosting - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese
    4 c. confectioners sugar
    2 Tbsp. grated orange peel
    2 Tbsp. orange juice
    red and yellow food colorings
Preparation
    Beat cream cheese in bowl until smooth.
    Add confectioners sugar, about 1 cup at a time, beating well after each addition. Beat in orange peel and juice, then food colorings, a small amount at a time, until orange (color will darken).
    Refrigerate about 30 minutes or until firm enough to spread.
    Makes 3 1/2 cups.
