Easy Kutnya - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/2 lb. barley
    4 c. water
    1 tsp. salt
    1 c. honey
    2 tsp. poppy seed
    2 Tbsp. chopped nuts
Preparation
    Boil barley in salted water until tender.
    Strain and rinse again with hot water.
    Cool.
    When ready to serve, pour honey, mixed with either poppy seed or nuts (or both) into barley.
