Orange Scones - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    orange butter (1/2 c. butter and 2 Tbsp. orange marmalade)
    2 c. flour
    3 Tbsp. sugar
    2 1/2 tsp. baking powder
    2 tsp. grated orange peel
    1/3 c. margarine
    1/2 c. chopped orange sections, drained
    1/4 c. milk
    1 egg, slightly beaten
    1 Tbsp. sugar
Preparation
    Mix flour, sugar, baking powder and orange peel.
    Cut in margarine (like pastry).
    Add orange sections, milk and eggs. With fork, stir until mixture leaves side of bowl; will be gooey. Turn dough out on floured surface.
    Knead 10 times.
    Pour out in 6-inch circle on lightly greased cookie sheet.
    Sprinkle with 1 tablespoon sugar.
    Cut in 8 wedges and separate a little bit. Bake 15 to 20 minutes at 400\u00b0.
