Stuffed Potatoes - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 large baking potatoes
    1/2 c. sour cream
    1/3 c. milk
    2 tsp. salt
    3 Tbsp. chopped onion
    2 Tbsp. butter
    3 Tbsp. Parmesan cheese
    dash of pepper
Preparation
    Wash and dry potatoes.
    Bake at 400\u00b0 until crisp, about 45 minutes.
    Remove and cool.
