Mock Cheese Souffle - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 loaf white bread ( 1 lb. size)
    5 eggs
    2 tsp. paprika
    1/4 tsp. cream of tartar
    1 lb. Cheddar cheese
    2 c. milk
    1 tsp. salt
Preparation
    Trim all crust from bread.
    Grate cheese.
    Using large casserole, start with bread (broken up) and layer with cheese. Beat eggs and add rest of ingredients.
    Pour over bread and cheese.
    May add a meat of your choice (ham or sausage).
    Cover and refrigerate overnight.
    Before baking, put 1/4 stick oleo on top.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 45 minutes.
