Egg Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 c. American cheese, grated
    2 Tbsp. butter
    1/2 c. half and half
    salt and pepper
    1 tsp. prepared mustard
    6 slightly beaten eggs
Preparation
    Spread cheese in 8 x 8-inch dish and dot with butter.
    Combine rest, except eggs.
    Pour 1/2 over cheese, then add eggs; then add rest of the cream mixture.
    You can add 1/2 cup ham, bacon, sausage, mushrooms, onions or any combination with the eggs.
    Bake at 325\u00b0 until set, about 25 minutes.
    Yields 6 servings.
    Can easily be doubled.
