Italian Style Meat Loaf(Or Meatballs) - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 lb. hamburger
    1 to 2 eggs
    1/2 lb. chopped bacon
    1/3 to 1/2 c. Parmesan cheese, grated
    1 c. pine nuts or chopped walnuts
    1/3 to 1/2 c. bread crumbs
    1/2 tsp. garlic powder
    2/3 to 3/4 c. raisins
    ground pepper to taste
Preparation
    Mix all ingredients together (may add a tablespoon or so of water if desired) and shape into 2 loaves or meatballs as desired (may freeze part of this for future use).
    Brown loaves or balls, then skim any excess fat.
    Cover with your favorite meatless spaghetti sauce and cook in a moderate oven (350\u00b0 to 375\u00b0) until done.
