Seafood Jumbo Shells - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 pkg. jumbo shells
    1 can tuna
    4 oz. grated Swiss
    1/2 c. mayo
    2 Tbsp. thin celery
    1 Tbsp. finely chopped onion
    1 Tbsp. finely chopped pimento
    celery leaves (for garnish)
Preparation
    Cook shells according to package.
    Rinse under cold water. Invert on towel to cool.
    Put tuna in a bowl.
    Add cheese, mayo, celery and onion.
    Add pimento.
    If too dry, add more mayo.
    Stuff shells; cover and refrigerate until chilled.
    Garnish if desired.
