Pear Honey - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 c. peeled and deseeded pears
    1 c. grated pineapple
    4 c. sugar
Preparation
    Put pears in food chopper (coarse).
    Cook pears until clear, but not pink.
    Add pineapple to pears.
    Bring to a boil.
    Pack in sterilized jars.
    Process in water bath 15 minutes at low simmering temperature.
