Old Timey Buttermilk Pie - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 (9-inch) unbaked pie shell
    1 1/2 c. butter or oleo
    3 Tbsp. flour
    1 1/2 c. sugar
    3 eggs, beaten
    1 c. buttermilk
    1 tsp. vanilla or lemon extract
    1/2 tsp. nutmeg (sprinkle on top before baking)
Preparation
    Cut butter and sugar well.
    Add eggs, one at a time; add flour.
    Stir in milk and extract.
    Pour in pie shell.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for
    40 to 50 minutes.
    Refrigerate.
