Cheese Fudge - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 lb. Velveeta cheese
1 lb. butter
1 c. cocoa
1 c. dry powdered milk
3 lb. powdered sugar
4 tsp. vanilla
4 c. chopped nuts (optional)
Preparation

Let cheese and butter sit at room temperature until soft. Blend together with mixer.
Add other ingredients, one at a time, mixing each thoroughly.
Eventually you may have to mix by hand as it gets too stiff for the beater.
Spread into 9 x 13-inch buttered pan.
Keep in refrigerator.
