Glazed Pork Chops - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 cloves garlic, crushed
4 center cut pork chops (3/4-inch thick)
1/2 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. pepper
2 Tbsp. butter
1/2 c. currant jelly
1/8 tsp. nutmeg
1/8 tsp. ground cloves
1 tsp. dry mustard
1 tsp. grated orange peel
1/4 c. orange juice
half an orange, sliced
Preparation

Using a small knife, rub crushed garlic thoroughly
into both sides of each pork chop.
Lightly sprinkle chops with salt and pepper.
