Fruit Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 c. margarine
    1 c. sugar
    4 eggs
    1/2 c. orange juice
    1 tsp. cinnamon
    1 tsp. nutmeg
    2-1/2 c. self rising flour
    1-1/2 c. seedless raisins
    1 lb. mixed candied fruit
    1 lb. cherries
    2 c. nuts
    1/2 c. flour to coat fruit and nuts
Preparation
    Cream butter and sugar until light and fluffy.
    Add eggs one at a time, beating well.
    Blend in flour and spices.
    Alternately with juice.
    Mix until smooth.
    Coat fruit and nuts in 1/2 c. extra flour and add to other mixture.
    Grease tube pan.
    Line bottom with wax paper.
    Bake 300\u00b0 about 2 hours.
