Cream Cheese And Rum Pie - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 c. unsalted butter
    18 graham crackers, crushed
    3 small (3 oz.) pkg. cream cheese, softened
    1 tsp. whipping cream or as needed
    1/2 c. plus 5 Tbsp. sugar
    2 eggs, beaten
    1 1/2 tsp. dark rum
    1 pt. sour cream
    1/8 tsp. ground cinnamon
Preparation
    Preheat oven to 370\u00b0.
    Prepare crust by melting the butter, then adding the crushed graham crackers.
    Mix well.
    Line a 9-inch pie pan with this mixture and bake for 5 minutes.
    Set aside to cool, but leave oven on.
