Mixed Vegetable Meat Loaf - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 1/2 lb. ground round
    1 c. mixed vegetables (frozen)
    1/2 c. medium onion
    2 tsp. garlic
    1/2 c. bell pepper
    1/4 c. bread crumbs (plain)
    1 egg
    1 tsp. salt
    1 tsp. Tony Chachere's
Preparation
    Place vegetables, onion, garlic, bell pepper, bread crumbs and egg into food processor or blender.
    Process until ingredients are pasty.
    Add mixture to ground round.
    Mix thoroughly; add salt and Tony Chachere's.
    Form into loaf.
    Place into pan sprayed with Pam. Bake at 350\u00b0 to 375\u00b0 for 1 hour to 1 hour and 15 minutes.
