Ingredients

2 (10 oz.) pkg. frozen broccoli
2 hard-boiled eggs
1 c. mayonnaise
1 tsp. Tabasco sauce
3 Tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
2 Tbsp. lemon juice
1 1/2 tsp. salt
1 tsp. pepper
2 pkg. clear gelatin
1/2 c. cold water
1 can beef consomme
Preparation

Mix the gelatin in cold water; add then to hot consomme soup. Dissolve gelatin in hot soup and set aside.
