4 chicken wings (cut into pieces)
1/4 tsp. ginger root or ground ginger
2 cloves of garlic
1 Tbsp. soy sauce
3/4 c. chicken broth
1/2 c. chopped green onions
1/2 c. chopped celery
1/2 c. chopped green pepper
1/2 tsp. salt
1/4 c. vegetable oil
1 Tbsp. cornstarch
1 crushed red pepper
2 Tbsp. water
rice (according to pkg. directions)
