Pumpkin Pie - cooking recipe

1 3/4 c. mashed pumpkin (may be canned)
1/2 tsp. salt
1 3/4 c. milk
3 eggs or 4 yolks
2/3 c. brown sugar, packed
2 Tbsp. granulated sugar
1 1/2 tsp. cinnamon
1/2 tsp. ginger
1/2 tsp. nutmeg
1/4 tsp. cloves
Preparation

Beat together with rotary beater. Pour into 9-inch pie pan. Bake 45 to 55 minutes at 425\u00b0.
