Guacamole Dip - cooking recipe
Ingredients

8 ripe avocados, mashed
2 medium onions, minced
2 oz. lemon or lime juice
1 tsp. ground coriander
2 tsp. salt
1 1/2 garlic cloves, minced
2 medium chopped tomatoes
8 canned green chilies, rinsed, seeded and chopped
Preparation

Mix well.
Cover and refrigerate 1 hour or more.
