K C'S Rice O' Mississippi - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 c. cooked rice (not Minute rice)
    1/2 c. chopped celery
    1/2 c. chopped onion
    2 cans consomme (undiluted)
    1/2 stick margarine, cut in pieces
Preparation
    Combine and cook in covered 1 1/2-quart dish at 350\u00b0 for 1 hour.
    Stir before serving as celery and onion tend to go to center.
    This is especially good with poultry.
