Red Cabbage - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 Tbsp. cooking oil
1 medium sized red cabbage (4 c. shredded)
2 medium sized apples, chopped
1 c. water
3 Tbsp. vinegar
2 Tbsp. flour
3 Tbsp. sugar
salt and pepper to taste
Preparation

Heat oil over medium-high heat; add cabbage, apples and water and cook until tender.
Add sugar to flour; moisten with vinegar to form a smooth paste.
Add to the cabbage and cook a few minutes until thickened slightly.
Add salt and pepper to taste.
