Mexican Meat Loaf - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 lb. ground beef
1 large onion, chopped
1 can cream of mushroom soup
1 can cream of chicken soup
8 oz. Old El Paso taco sauce
8 oz. Old El Paso chopped green chilies
1 (4 oz.) can tomato paste
1 (4 or 8 oz.) can tomato sauce
1 c. cooked rice
1 medium size pkg. Doritos, crushed (taco flavored)
shredded American cheese
Preparation

Brown meat and onion well in a Dutch oven; drain excess fat. Lower flame and add soups, taco sauce, green chilies, tomato paste and tomato sauce.
Stir well.
Let simmer for 20 to 30 minutes, stirring occasionally.
Remove from heat and stir in rice well. Spread half of mixture in long oblong pan.
Top with crushed Doritos, then cheese.
Spread remaining mixture on top and cover with more cheese.
Bake in a 350\u00b0 oven until cheese melts.
