Lemon Dessert - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 c. flour
1 stick oleo, melted
1 c. pecans
2 pkg. instant lemon pudding
3 c. milk
1 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese
1 large container Cool Whip
1 c. powdered sugar
Preparation

Mix the flour, oleo (which has been melted) and pecans.
Press in bottom of 11 x 13-inch pan.
Bake at 350\u00b0 for 15 minutes.
Let cool.
Mix the instant pudding with milk.
Mix cream cheese with powdered sugar.
Add Cool Whip to cream cheese and spread half over bottom of crust.
Spread pudding over this.
Spread the remaining Cool Whip and cream cheese mixture on top.
Sprinkle with a few nuts.
Put in refrigerator.
