Potatoes Jurissienne - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    potatoes
    pats butter
    salt and pepper
    grated Swiss cheese
    small container heavy whipping cream
Preparation
    Layer potatoes as for scalloped potatoes.
    On each layer put generous pats of butter, salt, pepper and Swiss cheese and repeat for each layer.
    On top drizzle with small container of heavy whipping cream.
    Simmer on top of stove until it bubbles.
    Bake at 250\u00b0 for 2 hours.
