Perfect Pie Crust - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 c. flour
    1 Tbsp. sugar
    2 tsp. salt
    1 3/4 c. Crisco
    1 Tbsp. vinegar
    1 egg
    1/2 c. water
Preparation
    Mix first 3 ingredients with fork; add Crisco thoroughly.
    Mix until crumbly.
    In a small bowl, beat water, egg and 1/2 cup vinegar.
    Combine mixture.
    Divide dough into 5 portions, shape into round patties for rolling, chill in plastic Ziploc bag 1/2 hour before rolling.
