Cottage Pie - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3/4 lb. minced beef
    1 lb. potatoes
    1 onion
    2 carrots
    1/4 c. grated cheese
    salt, pepper and herbs
Preparation
    Peel and slice potatoes; boil 20 minutes.
    Peel and slice onions and carrots.
    Fry meat, onions and carrots until meat is brown and onions and carrots are soft.
    Add a little water, salt, pepper and herbs.
    Pour into a casserole dish.
    Mash potatoes and spread on top of casserole.
    Sprinkle grated cheese on top.
    Bake at 375\u00b0 until cheese is brown.
