Melt In Your Mouth Chicken Pie - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 1/2 to 3 lb. fryer
    1 can cream of chicken soup
    2 c. reserved chicken broth
    1/2 tsp. black pepper
    1 tsp. salt
    1 c. buttermilk
    1 c. flour
    1 stick margarine, melted
Preparation
    Cook chicken until tender.
    Remove meat from bone.
    Reserve broth.
    Cut chicken into small pieces and place in 9 x 13-inch pan. In a saucepan, mix broth and soup and bring to a boil.
    Pour over chicken.
    In another bowl, combine pepper, salt, flour and buttermilk.
    Add melted margarine and mix thoroughly.
    Spoon batter over top.
    Bake at 425\u00b0 for 25 to 30 minutes.
