Chicken-Pineapple Skillet - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 or 3 chicken breasts, boned and skinned
    1 onion, halved and sliced
    1 c. celery, sliced diagonally
    1 green pepper, cut in strips
    2 c. pineapple chunks, drained
    juice from pineapple
    2 Tbsp. cornstarch
    1/2 tsp. cinnamon
    1 1/2 tsp. soy sauce
    2 Tbsp. margarine or oil
Preparation
    Cut each breast half into 10 to 12 strips.
    Combine in bowl the pineapple juice, cornstarch, cinnamon and soy sauce.
