Pumpkin Dessert - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 c. pumpkin
1 1/2 c. sugar
1 large can evaporated milk
4 eggs
1 tsp. vanilla
1 tsp. cinnamon
nuts (optional)
Preparation

Mix together all ingredients and pour into 9 x 13-inch pan or dish.
Crumble 1 box of 2 layer cake mix (yellow, white or spice) over pumpkin mixture.
Melt 2 sticks margarine and pour over cake mix.
Bake at 350\u00b0 for 40 to 45 minutes.
