Chocolate Pound Cake - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1/2 lb. butter (1 c.)
3 c. sugar
3 c. flour
1/2 tsp. salt
1 c. milk
1/2 c. oil
5 eggs
5 Tbsp. cocoa
1/2 tsp. baking powder
1 tsp. vanilla
Preparation

Have all ingredients at room temperature.
Cream the butter, oil and sugar together until light and fluffy. Add eggs, one at a time, beating well after each addition. Sift flour, cocoa and baking powder. Add flour mixture alternately with milk to cream mixture. Add vanilla; blend well. Turn into a greased and floured 9-inch tube pan. Bake in preheated oven at 325\u00b0 for 1 hour and 15 minutes.
