Swans Island Lobster Dip - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 lb. cream cheese
1/2 c. mayonnaise (add more mayonnaise for dip)
1/2 lb. (1 c.) Maine lobster meat diced
1 clove garlic mashed (1/8 tsp. garlic powder or 1/8 tsp. garlic salt)
1/2 tsp. onion salt
1/8 tsp. salt (omit salt if garlic salt is used instead of garlic clove)
dash of Tabasco (optional)
Preparation

Blend small amount of mayonnaise into cream cheese and continue adding all of the mayonnaise until smooth and well blended. Add remaining ingredients and serve in bowl or crock with crackers or chips.
