Best You'Ve Ever Eaten Cheesecake - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 1/4 c. graham cracker crumbs (1 pkg.)
    1/4 c. sugar
    1/4 c. butter, melted (use while hot)
    2 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese
    1/2 c. sugar
    3 eggs
    3/4 tsp. vanilla
    1 pt. sour cream
    1/4 c. sugar
    1 tsp. vanilla
Preparation
    Mix with spoon.
    Spoon carefully over cheese mixture and bake again at 475\u00b0 for 10 to 15 minutes.
    Let stand at room temperature for 2 hours and then refrigerate.
    This cheesecake takes a little more effort than most, but once you try it nothing else will do.
