Sweet Potato Crunch - cooking recipe
Ingredients

3 c. mashed sweet potatoes, boiled, peeled and mashed
1/2 c. white sugar
2 eggs, beaten
1/2 tsp. salt
1/2 stick oleo, melted
1 1/2 tsp. vanilla
1/2 c. flour
1 c. pecans, chopped
1/3 c. oleo, melted
1/2 c. brown sugar
Preparation
-
Combine first 5 ingredients and mix.
Mix remaining ingredients and pour over first ingredients.
Bake at 325\u00b0 for 20 minutes.
