Orange Pumpkin Pie - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 c. sugar
1 1/2 tsp. cinnamon
1/2 tsp. ginger
1/2 tsp. salt
1 Tbsp. grated orange rind
2 eggs
1 1/2 c. canned pumpkin
1 2/3 c. (large can) undiluted evaporated milk
9-inch unbaked pie shell
Preparation

Combine sugar, spices, salt and orange rind.
Stir in eggs, pumpkin and evaporated milk.
Pour into pie shell.
Bake in preheated 425\u00b0 oven for 15 minutes; reduce oven temperature to 350\u00b0 and continue to bake for 40 minutes longer.
Cool. To serve, top with whipped topping and garnish with orange half slices, if desired.
