Golden Mushroom Chops - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    6 pork chops
    2 cans golden mushroom soup
    water
    egg, blended
    flour
    cooked rice
Preparation
    Dip pork chops in egg and coat with flour.
    Pan-fry the chops until brown.
    Combine soup and 2 cans of water.
    Place chops in large 2-quart (covered) casserole dish; pour soup mixture over chops.
    Cook at 325\u00b0 for 2 hours, covered.
    Serve with cooked rice.
