Jalapeno Broccoli Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 (10 oz.) pkg. frozen chopped broccoli
    1 medium onion, finely chopped
    2 large jalapeno peppers, finely chopped
    1/4 c. melted butter or margarine
    1 (8 oz.) jar jalapeno flavored Cheez Whiz
    2 (10 oz.) cans cream of chicken soup
    2 c. cooked rice
    1 tsp. garlic salt
Preparation
    Thaw broccoli.
    Saute onion and pepper in butter or margarine for 10 minutes.
    Add broccoli; mix well.
    Add Cheez Whiz and soup to mixture.
    Simmer for about 10 minutes.
    Add garlic salt; mix well.
    Pour into prepared rice; stir mixture until well blended. Pour into casserole dish.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 20 minutes.
    Will make ten 1-cup servings.
