Mom'S Overnight Cookies - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 c. flour
    2 c. brown sugar
    1 tsp. soda
    2 unbeaten eggs
    1 c. chopped nuts (hickory or pecans)
    1 tsp. cream of tartar
    2/3 c. butter
    1/3 c. shortening
    pinch of salt
    dash of vanilla
Preparation
    Cream sugar and shortening.
    Add eggs and dry ingredients and stir in nuts.
    Form in dollar size rolls and refrigerate overnight.
    Slice then bake in oven at 350\u00b0 for 10 to 15 minutes.
