Never Fail Whole Wheat Pie Crust - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 1/2 c. flour
    1 1/2 c. whole wheat flour
    1 1/4 c. Crisco
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1 Tbsp. vinegar
    1 egg
    1/3 c. water
Preparation
    Combine flours, shortening and salt (mix flours well).
    Cut in shortening.
    Whip together vinegar, egg and water and add to dry ingredients; mix well.
    (Can't overhandle.) Makes enough dough for 2 large two crust pies.
