Carrots A L'Orange - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 c. carrots, sliced
    2 Tbsp. onion, chopped
    1 c. boiling water
    1/8 tsp. salt
    2 Tbsp. frozen orange juice concentrate
    1 tsp. lemon juice
    2 Tbsp. vegetable cooking liquid
Preparation
    Add carrots and onion to boiling salted water.
    Cover and boil gently until carrots are tender, about 20 minutes.
    Drain; save 2 tablespoons liquid.
    Add orange juice concentrate, lemon juice and cooking liquid saved from boiling carrots to drained carrots.
    Stir gently.
    Reheat to serving temperature.
