Sausage Balls With Sweet And Sour Sauce - cooking recipe

Ingredients

2 lb. mild sausage
3/4 c. soft bread crumbs
2 eggs, slightly beaten
1 1/2 c. catsup
1/4 c. wine vinegar
1/4 c. soy sauce
6 Tbsp. brown sugar

Preparation

Mix well the first 3 ingredients. Brown in vegetable oil; drain well and set aside.
Simmer next 4 ingredients for 30 minutes. Serve hot.
