Molded Gazpacho - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 pkg. unflavored gelatin
3 c. tomato juice
1/4 c. wine vinegar
1 clove garlic, crushed
2 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. pepper
dash of cayenne
2 tomatoes, chopped
1/2 c. onion, chopped
3/4 c. green pepper, chopped
3/4 c. cucumber, chopped
1/4 c. pimento, chopped
Preparation
-
Soften gelatin in 1 cup cold tomato juice.
Bring to a boil. Add remaining ingredients.
Place in a greased Bundt pan (ring mold is not large enough).
Refrigerate.
Unmold to serve.
Serves 8 to 10.
