Corn Cakes - cooking recipe

1 egg
1-1/2 cup milk
1 tsp. salt
3/4 cup corn meal
Preparation

Preheat griddle to 375 degrees. Combine egg and milk. Add salt and corn meal; stir until smooth. Cook on slightly greased griddle until bubbles form and edges are dry. Turn and bake on other side. Keep batter stirred. Makes about 20 very thin corn cakes.
